Readings and Psalms

Click here for a commentary on the Sunday readings. This commentary comes from the Benedictine Abbey, Jamberoo, New South Wales and is in a format known as "Lectio Divina". Assistance is given for using the three Sunday readings as a prayer source; the practise of Lectio Divina is explained, with resources for deeper understanding and opportunites for personal reflection. To attune your ear to listening to the Word of God it is good to be informed beforehand and to ponder the Word in your heart during the week.

Our Lady’s Chapel

Our Lady’s Chapel is a beautiful space on the Redemptorist site where you are able to light a candle and add a prayer.

Sacred Space

Sacred Space is a prayer site run by the Irish Jesuits.  It invites you to prayer as you sit at your computer with the help of on-screen guidance and scripture chosen specially every day.

Cathedral Stations of the Cross

The Stations of the Cross at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Hamilton are really beautiful.  You can view the fourteen of them individually or you can step through them in sequence and say your own prayer at each station.
