Dear Parishioners,
As we celebrate the Feast of the Ascension and the anniversary of Laudato Si’ — Pope Francis’ call to care for our common home — we invite you to help us bring an added touch of creation into our liturgy.
You are warmly invited to bring along your favourite indoor plant to Mass. These plants will be placed around the altar and sanctuary as a visible sign of the beauty and life of God’s creation, helping us pray with and for our common home.
At the conclusion of Mass, you are welcome to take your plant home again.
Whether large or small, leafy or flowering, your plant will help create a prayerful and living environment for our celebration.
