Meet Our Priests & Staff

Fr Greg Barker, Parish Priest

Fr Anthony Coloma

Fr Niel Olano

Fr Matthew Muller

Fr Matthew is Chancellor of the Diocese and Canonical Advisor. He happily helps out with weekend Masses when he is available. We are grateful!

Ms Anne Warren – Business Manager

Anne joined the parish team in an administrative role in April 2019, following 40+ years of employment with Commonwealth and State governments. Anne grew up in Merewether and attended St Joseph’s Primary and High Schools in the 1960s and 1970s. Working in the parish has been a wonderful opportunity to renew some old acquaintances and to make some new ones!

Jenny Pascua – Parish Secretary

Mary-Anne DeLuca – Sacramental Program

Mary-Anne is deeply passionate about parish renewal and accompanying people as they come to faith in Jesus Christ.

With extensive experience in youth ministry, missionary leadership, and diocesan outreach across Australia, she brings a warm, engaging presence and a heart for forming missionary disciples. Mary-Anne is committed to journeying with those preparing for the Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, Confirmation and the Eucharist.

She delights in mentoring leaders, building vibrant faith communities, and helping each person discover their place within the life and mission of the Church.

Daloras Howes – Administration

Peter Davies – Administration

Peter joined our team in 2024. Following retirement after 20 years in the Australian Public Service, Peter decided he wasn’t ready to play bowls full time. He engaged in various part time customer service roles, with a passion for making people feel better after their interaction with an organisation. He is grateful for the opportunity to work in the City Pastoral Region, and keenly aware that our administrative staff are “the face of the Church” when people contact us.

Dr Anne Millard – Music and Liturgy

Born at the Mater Hospital; baptised at Holy Family, Merewether Beach; boarded at Lochinvar; Bachelor of Music from Newcastle Conservatorium, Anne Millard taught music in diocesan high schools until the early 90s when she moved to the United States to earn a Master’s of Music in Choral Directing and a PhD in Humanities from Florida State University. Academic appointments at Virginia Tech, The University of Kansas, and Baker University followed. Family reasons necessitated a return home in 2012 and Anne is delighted to be back. Anne is Director of Music and Liturgy. Anne has many, many interests, and wishes there were more hours in the day to enable her to fully explore them all.
