The Gospel reminds us that the way to God’s Kingdom is through the “narrow door.” Faith isn’t about being comfortable or casual—it’s about commitment, trust, and daily effort. Christ invites us not to drift along, but to walk with purpose, choosing Him again and again.

Jesus reminds us today that following him won’t always bring peace and comfort—it may even set us at odds with others. The Gospel challenges us to choose faithfulness over ease, and to keep the fire of God’s love burning bright within us.

“You cannot serve both God and wealth.” A reminder that true life and fulfillment come not from accumulating possessions, but from trusting God’s providence and seeking His kingdom first. Wealth may fill your hands, but only God fills your heart.
